Refund policy
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on topclosetclothing.com for return or exchange. And you’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you decide to return the item, please send to us within 7 days after receiving your item.
How to return?
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a email about how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected]

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange size for the same item, send us an email first at [email protected]
Customers need to pay shipping fee of the exchanged items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The fee depends on the express company you choose. And No Restocking Fee to be charged to customers for the return of a product.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee in such situation.

1. Local taxes and import duties may be incurred when you ship your return items to us. We would NOT responsible for local taxes and duties. Customer should responsible for all the extra charges.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
